Join us for a fascinating presentation on dementia from Rosemary Apol-Hoezee, Director of Quality and Training/Development at Holland Home and Lynn Bolt, Memory Services Coordinator at Holland Home. They will walk us through the following steps to help us better understand this disease.
- Review how the brain changes
- Demonstrate the physical changes involved (vision, language...)
- Provide basic approaches on how to communicate
